Does anyone really know what this is talking about? It concerns terms of payment.

Explanation:
The way I understand it is that the amortization of the credit (i.e. the repayment of the loan) will not start before the loan has been totally invested (fuera del período de disposición de los fondos). Hope it helps.

Period of the disposition of funds.

Explanation:
"...it's convenient that the amortization [payment installments] is outside of the period of the disposition of funds."

This is what the sentence says.
I think it means that you start repayment sometime after you have received the loan.

Regards.

"...it were agreed that the amorization of the credit took place

Explanation:
beyond the period in which the funds were available..."

The subjunctive here leads to suppose a hypothetical situation in which the credit-taker didn't pay on time. (In mortgage, where the payment was made in advance, its the bank who judges what "on time" means.)
