English translation:document recorded by a notary/a notarial instrument....
Explanation:
I copy what Thomas West has to say about this term: "Note that the English term "deed" means a document by which real property is transferred. A power of attorney recorded in an "escritura publica" is not a "deed" in English, so the term "escritura publica" must be translated as "notarial instrument" or "notarially recorded instrument."

Your phrase then should read: "Pursuant to the notarial instruments attached (or anexed) to this document"

Notary

Explanation:
In the Anglo Saxon system of law does not exist the term Notary as it exist in the Civil Law system of other countries, where a " Notario" is a non contentious judge. In the Anglo Saxon law system a Notario is any one who states that signature is authentic. I think the problem is bigger than just to translate the term because for me, a Former Notario, is misleading.

Example sentence(s):
  • A notario public es un funcionario publico que autentica, legaliza y formaliza actos no contencios en los que las partes estan de acuerdo.
