Spanish term or phrase: perspectiva material / perspectiva formal
These are the two most important sentences in the report I am translating, and I want to make sure that the translation is perfect :-)

They differentiate between "perspectiva material" and "perspectiva formal" and I don't know whether my translation makes this difference clear...
a material perspective /point of view --formal perspective/ point of view.

Or is there a better way to translate this?

Explanation:
perspectiva material is more difficult, but I think that starting the sentence with <Substantively> will work. for <perspectiva formal> I would go with <technically> or <from a technical standpoint>

Explanation:
The difference seems to be what is LEGAL (formal) vs what is CONTEXTUALLY/MORALLY (material) acceptable or possible, alternatively, the THEORETICAL and the PRACTICAL points of view.

I got these by entering GOOGLE with:

perspectiva + legal + material + ley

AND

perspectiva + legal + material + justicia
