Thanks, Sebastian. So simple! ;o) I wanted to make sure it did not refer to something like "indebtedness certificates" or something like that.

disagree  TechLawDC: "debt instruments", "debt securities". (Might be commercial paper, might be debentures, etc.) You have to consider the possibility that a person who calls it "debts titles" may be insincere.

disagree  Lorianne Weston: I am sorry, but this answer is wrong! It sounds like a literal translation. It should be debt instruments. Wiley's Business Dictionary (e-sp, sp-e) also gives "evidence of indebtedness".

disagree  MARCELA RUIZ: Sorry but this is not the answer. "Title" implies right over an asset/property. The correct translation is DEBT SECURITIES (securities is "titulos", which can include different types of negotiable instruments from different types of issuers.
