Spanish term or phrase: Organizidad
Businnes term

English translation:*organizedness*
Explanation:
Given the single context available in Spanish, I'd suggest as an English equivalent *organizedness*--it occurs with about the same meaning as the equally neologistic *organizidad* (I would think it would be *organicidad*, were it not a neologism...).

The word 'organisity' exists but only in a NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL context

organicity

Explanation:
Hello, as said above there's only one Google hit for "organizidad". My reading of it differs though. "Organizidad" relates to the power or ability of becoming "organic", that is, of setting up "organs" for the protection of their interests. 1st link below shows this English text on a similar subject as the page above mentioned, and featuring the term "organicity":
"Phases of social mobilization: the emergence of networks"...
..."The emergence of the network format called into question the rationale of rural organicity based on highly vertical, centralized and politicized type of federations and unions.. Instead these networks developed a form of regional organizations, each one remaining completely autonomous with regard to their strategies and tactics for struggle, alliance policies, internal decision-making procedures, etc. No central decision-making body was set up but a collegiate management body. ..". There are 500+ more "organicity" hits in Google, some of them economy-related (business+organicity) mixed up with sites of vegetarianism and other subjects. The term is quite highly used...but then the only hard-copy reference I get is Shorter Oxford's: "organicity: n., the quality or state of being organic"!! With a word and a definition like these, well, it sort of allows you to use it in any field and feel fine. Food for thought. Check links. Good luck :)
