Explanation:

one-time cost

Explanation:

agree  Peter Bagney: Russell. sounds interesting. Is there an abbreviation for this (the equiv. to P.A.?)

-> I can't think of a common abbreviation for this particular term. There are abbreviations such as OTP (one-time payment) or LSP (lump sum payment), but I don't these are widely used and recognized.

Lump adjustment

Explanation:
Just as suma alzada means 'lump sum', I would imagine that this would mean 'lump adjustment'

flat adjustment rate

Explanation:
according to the explanations of Russell and the word, "tanto alzado" which is flat rate, I would assume this could be a possibility.
