Change Management Explanation: I think is the most accurate translation cause it is the similar to the original in spanish. Furthermore, all the things related to "gestión" has been translated to "management" and "cambio" is just "change". The original meaning is to manage the change, so to speak big companies are suffering changes all the time, and they need to manage this change in order to get the best profit for the company.
