I, the udersigned Notary do hereby sign and seal and attest to knowing Mr. Luis, to having identified Mrs. M by her above mentioned National Identity Document which she has shown to me, and to all else contained in this instrument of public record, which is being issued on two sheets of paper, stamped by the Government, for exclusive use in notarial documents, series 3P, bearing the numbers of this sheet and the one preceding in order.
