"Existen Cuentas por cobrar que nunca son canceladas y que sin embargo se mantienen en la contabilidad como Cuentas por Cobrar, lo cual distorsiona significativamente los balances, pues aumentan los activos, pero sólo contablemente, por lo que deben ser castigadas.
