IT WILL BE GOOD CATCH FOR CORPORATE TAX COLLECTION

Explanation:
NORMALLY IT WOULD TRANSLATE AS : A TIDY SUM TOWARDS CORPORATE TAX COLLECTION.

ALTERNATIVELY :

IT WILL BE GOOD CATCH FOR THE CORPORATE TAX COLLECTION

"a sizeable bite (or nip) into the revenue"

Explanation:
"The 140.000 million which Treasury plans to collect will prove a sizeable bite into the revenue from the corporate (income or stamp?)tax." The sentence suggests that a new tax will be partially substituting an existing tax. I'm not familiar with Spain's tax system, but I imagine the "impuesto de sociedades" is a stamp tax paid annually on a company's capital or assets, rather than an "impuesto a la renta de las sociedades". Again I am guessing, but a company would be on the lists either because it is a "gran contribuyente", or it has been audited in the past, or it was chosen at random for inspection. Hope this helps.

Explanation:
SENTENCE:
The 140,000 millions income the Hacienda (Treasure) has in mind to cash, will be a pretty good nip on/bite/chunk in the collection of corporate taxes

ALSO: DOES ANYONE KNOW WHICH COMPANIES ARE IN THE LISTS OF THE OFICINA NACIONAL DE INSPECCIÓN (spain)? OR WHY A COMPANY WOULD BE IN THE LISTS?

Go to the re. URLs. The answer is there.
