Spanish term or phrase: Adheridos, asociados y socios trabajadores
Back on the subject of credit cooperatives, it talks about the possibility of extending their operations to include "...adheridos, asociados, y socios trabajadores".

Adheridos, no idea.
Asociados - associates, members?
Socios trabajadores - staff/employee members or partners?

Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks. I'm not 100% sure about "work colleagues", I have a feeling it's more about the fact employees are actively involved in the credit cooperation. I'm sure I'll have a brainwave at some point!

Explanation:
associates (associated members)
members (by virtue of protective laws, as in candidates for social housing or special credits).
It's a reading, presuming the cooperative is largely for social purposes.
