These are dump-trucks, transporting special "dumpsters" used for shipping debris, etc. from the construction site.

Explanation:
As some colleagues will surely point out, "Freight" and "Cargo" are the same thing. However, in your particular context, "Cargo Transport" [or, transportation] might be better because of the mention in your text of "carga, de obras de construccion, minas, etc."

... is the most common and acceptable term in the USA, at least. Check the yellow pages, and put in "freight carrier" for any given large US city, and you'll get a whole bunch of entries for the type of business you're talking about. (I arranged shipments by various freight carriers for more years than I'd like to remember. :-))

Ahora bien, parece existir cierta "duda" respecto a lo que tú necesitas que se traduzca...y quisiera me hicieras el favor de aclararla.

Yo (un servidor) y algunos otros colegas estamos traduciendo lo que tu pones en el "RUBRO" de tu pregunta..y lo demás es una explicación tuya sobre el contexto pero claro, si ahí expresas necesidad de más ayuda, siempre responderemos. Si acaso necesitas que se traduzca al inglés lo que es "el término de la actividad" a que se dedica la empresa en cuestión, entonces te ruego lo digas claramente. Por ende, estoy para ayudarte en lo que tú necesites. Esta duda surgió a raíz de la respuesta de Carol Shaw que parece no estar de acuerdo con los demás.
