Diploma in Human Resources. 3 year qualification

Explanation:
The "Graduado Social" course is a three- year diploma, giving a professional qualification rather than a University degree. It has traditionally been the mine for middle and senior personnel and administration staff in Spain.

It would not be accurate to call this qualification a degree or the holder a graduate.

Hence the ongoing battle between this group and fully qualified lawyers for certain areas of a heavily demarcated workplace!

I also disagree with Elinor's translation of "titulación" as you can see.

agree  Patricia Lutteral: In Argentina we call this type of diploma "de nivel terciario", i.e. after high school ("secundario") but not University
