Spanish term or phrase: arrendamiento puro fuera de balance
Dear Colleagues:

I am translating a statement outlining financing for equipment and services for a bid on a telecommunications project from Spanish to English. In a one paragraph statement the company says the following:

"A continuación sirvase encontrar una oferta de arrendamiento puro fuera de balance que cubre el monto de equipos y servicios en un 85% y que oferece la XXXXX."

I believe that arrendamiento puro should be translated as "operational lease." But how should fuera de balance be rendered in this context?

Thanks in advance,

Doug

lease without purchase option

Explanation:
This is the first term, as defined on the INVERTIA website. "Off the balance" (second part) is an expression used by similar companies to indicate that certain securities are either not included or not specified in the balance sheet.
