El gerente general expuso a los señores directores que los aportantes de XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, en Asamblea de Aportantes celebrada el día de hoy, habían acordado sustituir a la sociedad YYYYYY, que pasaría a ser administrada por WWWWW.

No other mention to "aportantes" in the whole document. On the other hand, the term does not appear in the DRAE. I guess they are INVESTORS. Am I right?
