From a Chilean work contract, regarding compensation paid to an employer for an employee's breach of contract:

"La indemnización se depositará ante el Juez del Trabajo, todo de conformidad con el numeral 5o. del Artículo 6o. de la Ley 50 de 1990"

Would "Juez del Trabajo" simply be "Labor Court"? Or is there another more accepted English equivalent?
