salaried employees Explanation: If all employees were hired on a salary basis costs would be much higher. empleado 100% efectivo means that the employee is not working under any kind of temporary or hourly contract, but that he/she is working permanently. The could actually work part-time or full-time, so I would avoid referring to the quantity of hours and opt for the "salaried employee" option.
