Hi all,

I'm translating some internal documents for a company here in Spain and I'm struggling with the title of one of them, "PROCEDIMIENTO GENERAL DE PRODUCCIÓN NORMATIVA INTERNA". At first, as it was all written in caps, I thought it might have been missing punctuation and what they meant was "PROCEDIMIENTO GENERAL DE PRODUCCIÓN. NORMATIVA INTERNA" but it's not the case, as you can see in the following segments:


Nuestro Código Ético reconoce la necesidad de que XXX se dote a nivel corporativo de un procedimiento de creación, aprobación, difusión y archivo de normativa interna corporativa que garantice que su producción se lleve a cabo de manera ordenada, homogénea, estructurada y sistemática.

En consecuencia, se promulga y aprueba este Procedimiento General de Producción Normativa Interna (al que indistintamente también se le denominará Norma Cero), con la finalidad de establecer unas reglas claras y homogéneas dentro de XXX sobre la forma, contenido y procedimiento a seguir cuando se detecte o surja la necesidad de regular internamente nuestros procesos, actividades o tareas.
