Spanish term or phrase:resolución ministerial M.C y E... acreditada por CONEAU
Cómo están? Espero que muy bien. En este momento me encuentro realizando una traducción de un CV al inglés y necesito consultarles algo. M.C y E equivale a Ministerio de Cultura y Educación ? Existe alguna forma de traducir la abreviación?
I would just put "ministry of culture and education". No Spanish, no abbreviation, no explanation that they are now two separate ministries. All this information is irrelevant to an English-speaking reader.
Hi Taña and Rachel. Thanks for your answer. This terme is within the following sentence " Carrera de especialización en Prótesis aprobada por resolución ministerial M.C. Y e 1231/99 (Agosto 2008 - Junio 2011)"
Maybe, I should write the acronym and make use of a note explaining that nowadays both ministries are separated... what do you think?
2. Do you have a space limitation that prevents you from spelling out "Ministry of Culture and Education"? I suppose you could use "MC & E" although I haven't found any references to back this up, but this could cause some confusion. https://www.allacronyms.com/MC&E (MC&E - Management Conference and Exhibition is just one of various meanings.
