Science - Computers: Hardware / network agreement
Spanish term or phrase: Matriz de Escalado
text from Spain about the operation and maintenance of a computer network system. This is not really technical, more business style, but I do not know this expression - here's the context (the quotation marks are the author's) and TIA!

Difficult to be certain without more context but this could well be it. Escalation as in escalation of problems, fault reports, etc.

scaling matrix

Tiene que ver con la representación de gráficos.

void get_scaling_matrix(MATRIX *m, fixed x, fixed y, fixed z);

In telecommunications and software engineering, scalability is a desirable property of a system, a network, or a process, which indicates its ability to either handle growing amounts of work in a graceful manner, or to be readily enlarged.[1] For example, it can refer to the capability of a system to increase total throughput under an increased load when resources (typically hardware) are added. An analogous meaning is implied when the word is used in a commercial context, where scalability of a company implies that the underlying business model offers the potential for economic growth within the company.

A scaling can be represented by a scaling matrix.

An iterative algorithm for searching a scaling matrix for diagonal dominance
Diagonal dominance of matrices and M-matrices (and H-matrices) play an important role in stability theory of dynamical systems.
