Spanish term or phrase: sube columna de agua fria
It's "sube" that's causing me problems. I have various examples in a list of elements for a shopping centre, but I'm not exactly sure what the author means:

Sube columna de agua fría
Sube agua retorno
Sube agua
Sube energía eléctrica

There's no more context than that I'm afraid. Many thanks!

pump column of cold water

Pump is the only way to make water rise. This sounds like a water fountain.
