This is in a document about housing construction using pre-fabricated concrete panels. It occurs in a list detailing the different features of the panel system, how they enable easy installation of doors and windows, electrical installation and allow the units to be fitted out according to the customer's taste. The specific sentence is about the plumbing infrastructure and reads: 'conductos de fontanería estancos, probados en fábrica, con registros para llaves y control'.
The first bit I've translated as 'watertight plumbing conduits, tested in the factory...' I think 'registros' could be access, 'llaves' in this sense could be 'taps', but I don't know what control could be in this context. Any suggestions very gratefully received :-)
