Parte del puente de acceso se construirá desde tierra por medio de un equipo que se apoyará en las cepas y estructuras ya instaladas (_método sobrecabeza_), las estructuras de la plataforma, duques de alba, postes de amarre y parte del puente de acceso así como el montaje de las grúas descargadoras de barcos, se construirán desde el mar por medio de dos plataformas marítimas flotantes o del tipo jack-up apoyadas con barcazas (método desde el mar).
