Spanish term or phrase: viviendas pareadas/ adosadas
Hola

Posible traducciones?

Saludos

terraced
Explanation:
That's the kind I live on at the moment, with both side walls adjacent, several houses in line.
You'd use semi-detached only when two different houses share a common wall

I am sure this is the term used in general speech, but maybe there is a proffesional term I am not aware of, so I would wait for their comments if at all possible. Good luck!

* terraced: en linea, comparten las 2 medianas
* semi-detached: comparten 1 mediana
* detached: aislada, sin compartir ningun muro

agree  nothing: right: pareadas es semi-detached , adosadas is terraced.
