Menu item. I imagine there are two types of fruit in it. But DIALOGUE OF FRUIT sounds silly. (not that it sounds less silly in Spanish). It is an Italian restaurant if that is any help

If you're sure it's only two: fruit duo? (or does that sound too much like Batman and Robin?)
