partridge en chartreuse Explanation: No estoy 100% segura de la traduccion y puede que me equivoce de pleno (si es asi, mil perdones), pero cartuja se traduce como "chartreuse" en frances y de ahi la corrupcion al ingles "charterhouse", ya que realmente deberia ser "monastery". Abajo te doy la definicion del brandy que todavia fabrican de forma tradicional los monjes franceses y que, me da la impresion, es la base del plato al que te refieres. Una idea, veremos que dicen los demas prozianos.
