Spanish to English translations [PRO] Cooking / Culinary / Menu
Spanish term or phrase:semi-frio (in this context)
this IS the last!
Crujiente de manzana con crema de toffee y su semi-frío
LisaMac: "y su" (just as the French "et son/sa") is a way to say "and its accompanying" on menus (usually upscale ones). However, it doesn't translate well into English so "with" or "and" usually gets the point across. :-)
