"Al noble solomillo de ternera gallega LE LLEGA EN EL FONDO con una humilde plancha muy caliente o unas brasas y un poco de sal y punto, o mejor dicho...al punto."

"Le llaga en el fondo" significa que la carne es tan buena que no requiere ningun methodo elaborado de cocinar, ni salsas extra ni nada.
Podrias decirlo en ingles "can be cooked / prepared simply ..." or "needs to be cooked / prepared simply..." y despues eloborar que simplemente sera preparado .."con una humilde plancha muy caliente o unas brasas y un poco de sal y punto, o mejor dicho...al punto." Asi es como el marido de mi mujer, gallego de argentina prepara la carne y esta que no veas... Saludos.
