Difficult this one, as I assume it doesn't say how this fluid was created. That would definitely help in knowing how to translate this. Not easy!

Maybe "GLAZE" might work well here, if it's on a dessert.

I personally would go with "glaze", thinking about it. It isn't too specific or outdated, and gets a lot of decent hits with nuts in. HTH anyway Lisa! If nothing else to get the ball rolling! :)

OK in light of your comment above (thanks), perhaps you need something other than "glaze", although "essence" or even "reduction" may work here. I'll keep thinking because it's an interesting one!

Hi Lisa- in searching through the net for "fluido" most of the desserts I found refered to a "bizcocho fluido", which remeinded me of "tres leches" which indeed, has a very fluid consistency. Could this(or something similar) be it?
