Pareciera un juego de palabras con "Trifasico de Arranque", por lo que la opción debería de incluir algo así.

Hi Deborah,

The easy bit is the arenque ahumado, but I suspect the 'Trifásico' refers to the whole dish, ie all three of the separate ingredients - possibly three different colours, perhaps suggesting traffic lights for the Trifásico. But the only solution with these tricky menus - and let's face it, most of them are - is to consult the Chef or the Maitre D'.
I get a lot of these, and almost always have to draw up a list of clarifications needed. Otherwise it's so easy to get it so wrong!
