Se trata del título obtenido por una persona en un Instituto Técnico Industrial de Colombia.
Explanation: He visto "polytech" usado para 'escuela industrial', pero si no te gusta encontre otra opcion: technical college. Como no hay un equivalente exacto en EEUU vas a tener que usar tu criterio (e imaginacion!) Saludos.
