My try:

The warehouse shall have ***15-cm depth, perimeter concrete ditches*** that will be connected to a catch basin where any spilled chemical product will be treated or collected. Such ditch shall not be connected to the rainwater system.

agree  philgoddard: I don't think the commas are necessary.

-> Thanks Phil, you're right it works fine without them. My bad.

agree  Muriel Vasconcellos: Minus the commas

-> Thanks Muriel, you're right it works fine without them. My bad.

agree  Robin Levey: OK, but it's not evident from the ST, as quoted, that the 15cm refers to the depth - it might be the width, or (perhaps most likely) to both width and depth (square cross-section).//Right - I didn't read past the "non-end" of the sentence.

-> I also considered that point, but I think we can be fairly sure that it does. The original reads "...de 15 cm. de profundidad, conectados...." but "de" has been automatically capitalised because it follows a full stop, I guess/I did the same at first.
