There's a photo of one of these tankers but it doesn't appear that the tank tilts or turns (at least not the visible exterior part) like a cement mixer would. Any help with this phrase? Tipped? Turned??
I think it must be something like that, Owen. I know "carenado" as the cowling on aircraft engines, etc, and I also think I've seen it as safety covers on machinery. You have the picture, pick the best word for it!
