This appears in a specification for work signs in a work area.

Señal metálica circular de estacionamiento prohibido...tamaño pequeño, incluso P.P. de pie derecho metálico de sustentación, tornillería, cimentación, instalación, mantenimiento y retirada

I'm guessing this could mean "precio pactado", but I'm not totally sure. If anyone knows the proper translation for this, I would appreciate it!
