Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Mexico - Banamex - Internal Banking Term
Spanish term or phrase: Bases de Conocimiento
In an internal banking document that I am translating, the term constantly appears within a chain of menu options that bank managers are directed to follow to arrive at the specific option they are to choose in order to resolve some problem or issue regarding a customer. Below is a typical example:

Oprime las teclas CTRL + F y escribe en la ventana de búsqueda: Requiere de asesoría financiera.
Intranet Banamex / Herramientas / Bases de Conocimiento / Normatividad /Ventas (P)/Índice de contenido/ Entrevista estructurada/ Detección / confirmación de necesidades/ Requiere de asesoría financiera.

Knowledgebase or knowledge base
Explanation:
Although the Spanish makes little sense (it should say “base o banco de conocimientos” in my opinion), it's recognizable as the term “knowledgebase” in many software packages and online help resources I've seen.
