En relación a referencias laborales, hay dos partes, una es la que da referencias y la otra es la parte de la cual se dan referencias. Si la parte de la cual se dan referencias se denomina "referido(a)"......¿Cómo se denomina la parte que da las referencias? espero se entienda la pregunta!!!

Explanation:
Aunque posiblemente "referente" sea semánticamente correcto, creo que lo normal es decir "tal persona fue recomendada por.....". Puedes redactar la frase de tal manera que no tengas que utilizar estrictamente una construcción nominal.
