I can´t think of a suitable written equivalent for this :)
Looking for something other than 'wow' or 'phew'.
For a UK audience.

Interviewee describing his responisbilities in the company:

Cierto, y además son responsabilidades, todas ellas, que en un momento determinado pueden tener un efecto directo y decisivo sobre los pilares de la empresa, especialmente en contextos de pesimismo y desánimo coyuntural. ¿Le suena esto? ¡Jeje! Y claro, si una no se esmera cuidadosamente, sus decisiones: aciertos e imprecisiones, pueden condicionar enormemente el resultado de la empresa y, por lo tanto, su subsistencia económica.

agree  Catherine Gilsenan: Wow. Otherwise it would have to be a word, such as 'amazing' or 'astonishing', but it is not a question of translating a word.
