'La admisión, evacuación y valoración de la prueba en materia laboral'

Does 'evacuación' have some special legal meaning (dismissing evidence, perhaps), or is this more likely a typo for 'evaluación'?

Explanation:
I don't think this is a typo as "valoración" is too close to "evaluación" - "evacuar pruebas" is "to furnish/adduce evidence" according to Alcaraz Varó-Hughes Dictionary of legal terms...

I wouldn't use "examination" in this context as again, it seems a little close to "valoración"...,-)

yes, I think the examination part is the "valoración" - but first evidence needs to be admitted and furnished by parties

Asker: Thanks for that - we seem to be on the right lines. I am slightly confused though, as 'furnishing' or 'adducing' evidence is, in my understanding, different from examining it, is it not? To provide more context - this is a training programme for judges.
