agree  Catherine Gilsenan: This seems an appropriate translation. In UK, it used to be "Ministry for the Environment, Agriculture and Fisheries", which has since become the "Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs" (www.defra.gov.uk), which are not the same.
