Lo que he encontrado es que "signado" generalmente se traduce como "signed"´, pero no parece aplicar en este caso. ¿"marked"?

"xxx dictó un "Auto", **signado con el N° 2002-066**, mediante el cual solicitó a la empresa XXX procediera a consignar la nómina de promoventes de nuestra organización sindical, con expresa indicación del cargo desempeñado por ellos, así como la descripción de las funciones que desempeñan en la empresa.
