Tengo entendido que en le campo labpral se traduce como "dismissal". Mi pregunta es si cuando se trata de miembros de una Junta Directiva también se dice "dismissal" o se dice más bien "removal".

Tengo un texto en el que se habla de las facultades de un funcionario y dice: "nombramiento y **remoción** de miembros del directorio, refiriéndose a los miembros de la junta directiva de un ente.
