"Intervalo temporal del rol" es referencia inequívoca a la teoría de Elliott Jaques, la organización requerida (time-span of discretion). El inglés original es "stratum" (singular) y "strata" (plural). El autor se enojaba cuando alguien, traduciendo de vuelta desde castellano, decía "levels" en lugar de "strata".
