"Intervalo temporal del rol" es referencia inequívoca a la teoría de Elliott Jaques, la organización requerida (time-span of discretion). El inglés original es "stratum" (singular) y "strata" (plural). El autor se enojaba cuando alguien, traduciendo de vuelta desde castellano, decía "levels" en lugar de "strata". "Levels" se refiere a una apreciación evaluativa, mientras que "strata" tiene una referencia fáctica. Ver "La organización requerida", GRANICA, 2000 y 2002.
