Spanish term or phrase: convención colectiva / pacto colectivo
Doc. from Colombia. From a table listing companies and what type of labor contract they have.

It is my understanding that "convención colectiva" refers to a collective bargaining agreement with a labor union and that "pacto colectivo" refers to a collective bargaining agreement with non-unionized employees. Is there a specific way to state this in English, or simply "union collective bargaining agreement" and "non-union collective bargaining agreement"?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you for considering my question, and for your input. I finally went with collective agreement / collective accord (accord because I found a bunch of ILO refs. using it for the translation of pacto colectivo specifically for Colombia.) As you say, I think the whole issue of union/non-union cannot be succinctly reflected and may be best left to a note.
Thanks again!
