Hola! Estoy traduciendo un texto sobre seguros y las pólizas de responsabilidad civili donde dice - cito contexto - "el cliente renuncia a sus derechos de subrogación en aquellos casos en los que resultare civilmente responsable siempre y cuando no implique EDISPENSA DE DOLO (ART. 507 DEL CODIGO CIVIL DE LA NACIÓN)
No tengo ni idea de cómo traducir lo que está en mayúscula.
Agradecería cualquier ayuda que pudieran brindarme.
