Spanish term or phrase: confirming sin recurso
I can't find an English translation for confirming sin recurso. I wondered if anyone else had come across it. Many thanks in advance, context follows:

En caso de conformidad de las facturas presentadas, X pagará su importe:
Mediante el sistema de "confírming sin recurso", o cualquier otro similar, consistente en la orden dada por el X a una entidad bancada para que con cargo a su cuenta pague el importe de la factura.

reverse factoring without recourse

Explanation:
Be careful with 'confirming' (not 'confirming' in English - see http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confirming )

I have found 'factoring without recourse' here:

http://www.decision-finance.co.uk/library/030206_reverse_fac...
so deduce that 'confirming sin recurso' is 'reverse factoring without recourse' HTH

Reference: Confirming really isn't Confirming in English

Reference information:
Hi, I know this is after the event, and there are numerous references to confirming in Proz, but I really do think they are wrong. It is called Reverse Factoring in English, Confirming is the Spanish name. If you google it you will only find references in Spanish websites. See http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confirming
"en inglés este servicio se llama Reverse Factoring (y no, como uno podría pensar, Confirming)."

E.g. Barclays Banks Spanish website refers to Confirming, but explains it is Reverse Factoring on the English language page

Asker: Thanks so much Helen, I think I was too hasty closing the question. I agree reverse factoring is more correct. If I can open the question and award points, i will of course do so, many thanks,
