Estoy de acuerdo en que es contract también, pero al haber ya un contrato=contract, debería utilizarse tender, en general.Luego ya, dependiendo del tipo de contrata, si es más específica:

contrata de arriendo: lease
contrata de fletamento:charterparty

construcción por contrata: tender
