I wonder if anyone could help me with the following:

"Prima de expatriación en régimen de excesos"

The context is in an HR text about employees who go abroad to work and
the tax contributions they have to pay, it means they only have to pay
a % of their base salary, not including relocations bonuses etc......

I have established that 'prima de expatriación' is Expatriate benefits', but I have no idea what we would call 'régimen de excesos'
