Explanation:
"Antecedente" means that a previous similar situation occurred, so this may refer that the parties to the contract previously recognized their contractual capacities, respectively.

Nevertheless, using that at the end of a sentence is kind of weird, especially if we take into account that this expresion usually appears in judicial sentences (the judges follow an "antecedente" or "precedente" to deliver his/her own veredict).
