Spanish term or phrase: inclusive las compañías subcontratadas
The problem is not the term itself, but rather I can't tell from this, whether "inclusive las compañías subcontratadas" means that the "compañías subcontratadas" should also be informed, or they are also obliged to inform, and perhaps their employees are also bound to inform?

Explanation:
Hi Rich,

This is a tipical phrase included in the Health and Security Plan for Contractors in almost every Work.

It means that everybody involved in the works, is obliged to inform, including subcontracted companies and, of course, their staff.

I am a Construction Supervisor in Spain and I'm quite sure about my answer.

I hope my answer is useful for you.

agree  Terri L. Myers: Definitely - the phrase is indicating that all employees, subcontractors as well as regular employees, must report accidents
