Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Lease Contract
Spanish term or phrase: LG. (REPERTORIO Nº)
LG. REPERTORIO Nº xxxxxxxx OT Nº xxxxxxxxxxxx

This appears right at the top of a lease contract (first page) from a public notary's office. I am not sure what to do with this 'LG'. I believe 'repertorio' is a casebook and OT is a purchase order.

"LG" doesn't seem to be related to the name of the Notary's office, or the company, or referencing anything else in the document as far as I can tell. Would anybody happen to know what it is referring to?

Many thanks for any comments.

English translation:LG > someone's initials
Explanation:
I've had a look around at some examples of this and I've come to the conclusion that they must be someone's initials, possibly the secretary that drafted the document for the notary.

Have a look at the first page of each of these PDFs of other notarial instruments from Chile:

OT N° 211920

By the way, all of the above are from the office of notary Hernan Cuadra Gazmuri, so its probably just a quirk of that office.

Here's one from a different notary's office, where the format changes slightly:
